This policy describes the type of information we collect about you when you interact with our websites, mobile applications, and any other services provided by us that reverts to this privacy policy (collectively, our “Services”), and the steps we have taken to protect that information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any other data, including data that we collect through other platforms, including through our public website or offline.

WHAT DOES LeaderJam DO?

LeaderJam is an innovative platform that empowers creators, coaches, and solopreneurs (Clients) to monetize their expertise. It offers a personalized, branded learning experience with courses, multi-speaker events, workshops, and coaching sessions. Utilizing AI, LeaderJam transforms training and coaching businesses by providing comprehensive services. The platform envisions a new online experience by combining various learning modalities and delivering insights with speed and analytical accuracy. It’s a comprehensive solution for building a thriving online knowledge business.

WHAT INFORMATION DOES LeaderJam COLLECT FROM ME AND HOW IS IT COLLECTED?

LeaderJam collects different types of information about you depending on how you interact with our Services.

Account Administration for Clients: In order to create an account on our Services, you will need to provide LeaderJam only with personal information necessary to identify the user and your name, profile picture, address, telephone number, company, email, and password. 

Payment Information: Some of our Services require you to submit payment information, including your name, company, email, account password, payment card number, expiration date, and CVV.  LeaderJam uses Stripe, a leading payment processing service provider, to process credit and debit card transactions completed through our Services. Stripe’s privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy, will apply to the payment information you provide through its services.  You must be 18 or older to authorize a purchase. 

Information Collected Automatically: When you use our Services, we and our service providers may use various technologies, including cookies and similar tools, to collect information about the device you use to access our Services (such as IP address, device information, and browser information) and how you interact with our Services. For example, we may collect information about how many times you visit our Services, what you visit when you explore our Services, what parts of our Services you access, and what other sites you visit before and after visiting our Services. This information helps LeaderJam operate our Services, and provide other services, including advertisements, ad serving, and technical support.

HOW DOES LeaderJam USE THE INFORMATION IT COLLECTS?

LeaderJam collects information from you primarily to provide its Services and process your payments. We may also use your information to alert you to exciting opportunities, including sending you marketing communications. If you are a Client, your name and usage information may be shared with the entity who provided you with access to our Services.

In addition, we may share your personal information under any of the following circumstances:

  • In connection with the sale, merger, divestiture, reorganization or any other corporate transaction involving LeaderJam.
  • Legal and law enforcement requests: LeaderJam may also disclose, at its sole discretion, your information as required by law, or to comply with a legally binding request-like a subpoena, warrant, or similar legally enforceable request for information.

Please remember that any content you choose to post in our Services may be accessible to other users of LeaderJam.  LeaderJam does not sell or lease the information you share with third parties.

DOES LeaderJam ADHERE TO Google’s API Services USER DATA POLICY?

Yes, LeaderJam’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

DOES LeaderJam USE COOKIES OR BEACONS?

To collect the information in the “Information Automatically Collected” section above, we and our service providers use Internet server logs, cookies, beacons, tracking pixels, and other similar tracking technologies. We use these technologies to improve the quality of our Services, and to give you access to more relevant information.

“Cookies” are electronic files many websites place on a visitor’s computer to store information that makes each visit to a respective site more efficient. LeaderJam uses both “session” and “persistent” cookies on its website. A session cookie stores information about you only while you are visiting our site, and is then deleted when you leave our site. LeaderJam uses beacons to better manage content on our website and to improve the use and efficiency of our website.

DOES LeaderJam RESPOND TO DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS?

LeaderJam does not honor the “Do Not Track” settings available on most browsers. When LeaderJam’s website detects the Do Not Track signal from your browser, it will still collect referring and exit page information and other information when you visit our website.

CAN CHILDREN USE LeaderJam’S SERVICES?

Our Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal or other information from children under 13. Simply put, LeaderJam does not permit children users under the age of 13 to use our website to create accounts, or to perform any other type of activity. If you are the parent of a child under the age of 13, and you believe he or she has shared information with LeaderJam, please contact us at support@leaderjam.com so we can remove their information from our systems.

WHAT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

LeaderJam is based in the United States, and our Services are hosted there. If you are visiting our Services from another country, the laws governing our Service’s collection and use of personal information may be different from the laws of your country. If you decide to visit our Services or share your personal information with LeaderJam, you are agreeing to be governed by the laws of the United States, and you are expressly consenting to the transfer of your data to the United States.

LeaderJam’s Services contain links to third-party websites. Those websites are governed by their own privacy and data use practices and policies. LeaderJam does not have control over the privacy practices of the advertisers or other third-parties operating these websites, and we have no control over how these third parties collect or use the information you chose to share with them.

HOW DOES LeaderJam PROTECT MY INFORMATION?

LeaderJam takes the security of your personal information very seriously. LeaderJam uses reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to secure the personal information you share with us. Despite these safeguards and our additional efforts to secure your information, LeaderJam cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third-parties will not be able to defeat our security, and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your personal information.

WILL LeaderJam CHANGE THIS PRIVACY POLICY?

LeaderJam may update our privacy policy to reflect changes to our Services and our information practices.
