Kofi Hagan is an Executive Coach. He spent time in Nairobi, Kenya leading an Africa-wide Leadership Development function that focused on graduate training of potential future leaders and the ongoing training of the existing National Directors. Later, while based in Kigali, Rwanda, he then founded Unlimited Impact Coaching & Leadership International to build on the capacity of first-time managers and support the ongoing development of middle–to–top leaders. Currently, alongside his coaching activities, he is furthering his coaching studies at the doctorate level where he intends to research how the effectiveness of brain functioning (Neuroscience) can be augmented to assure greater effectiveness in the delivery of coaching leaders. In addition, he participates in the propagation of financial services expertise in the form of training and coaching to a network of entrepreneurs enabling them to improve their economic conditions in areas of hardship.
